We met at Haymarket. Jenny gave me a yellow folder that proclaimed – welcome to Midway!

I was gobsmacked with delight that Jenny had begun to engage with her Midway novel. I knew it held so much hum. 

The content of the folder was hilarious and hinted at the delight of coming attractions. I couldn’t wait to see what would unfold from it. 

The notes included in the images speak to my process around how I was pinged, what tilted and the humm that came out of it.
